Entertainment – Best entertainment on the go

The services described below may vary depending on the equipment status, model, model year and country availability of your vehicle. The entertainment services offer a digital experience in the vehicle and enable the integration of digital media and communication services. This includes the use of various online and productivity services. Users can customise their PCM by searching for, installing, updating and managing apps. When using Radio, radio stations in the station list, favourites or shortcuts can be called up. In particular, we process the following personal information for this purpose: • Vehicle identification number, • User account, • Contract data, • Reception parameters (FM), • Current country & system language, • Time stamp. The data is stored for the duration of the enquiry and overwritten if the status changes. Usage statistics are stored anonymised for 12 months to improve service quality. You can use the "Calendar " service to access your personal calendars with third-party providers from your vehicle. By linking a mobile device, the calendar of this mobile device is connected to your vehicle. The service can also recognise addresses in calendar entries and use them directly as navigation destinations. To enable you to jump to navigation, for example, calendar content is processed in our system. By activating the private mode, the online functionalities of the service are limited. Using the "Online Entertainment" service, you can enjoy vast library of music and audio content. In particular, we process the following personal information for this purpose: • Vehicle identification number, • User account, • Log files (IP address, Time stamp etc.), We use commissioned service providers to provide the services. The data is transmitted to the service provider to ensure that the app is available and timely operational technical support. Please note that the servers of the third-party service providers, on which data is processed in the course of the service, are located within China. Using the "App Store" service, you can download, update and manage third-party and proprietary apps in your vehicle and browse through the apps. In particular, we process the following personal information for this purpose: • Vehicle identification number, • User account, • Vehicle basic data, • Log files (IP address, Time stamp etc.), We use commissioned service providers to provide the services. The data is transmitted to the service provider to ensure that the app portfolio is available and up to date. Please note that the servers of the third-party service providers, on which data is processed in the course of the service, are located within China. By activating private mode, the online functionalities of the service are no longer available. We process the above personal information for the fulfilment of our contract for the provision of the Connect functions . Navigation – Route planning down to the last detail

The services described below may vary depending on the equipment status, model, model year and country availability of your vehicle. This information can be consulted in the My Porsche app. The navigation services offer optimised route guidance with dynamic adaptation so that traffic disruptions, for example, can be detected in good time and avoided. Map content updates automatically and remains available even in the event of short-term connection interruptions. The system also enables targeted searches for relevant locations. For electric vehicles, the ‘Charging Planner’ optimises the route based on factors such as battery status, driving style and available charging points to ensure efficient and reliable routing. To this end, we process the following personal information in particular: • user account, • location data, • contract data, • consumption data, • battery information, • plug type information, • user preferences (charging station provider, charging stations, minimum charge, route type preferences), • time stamp. We use commissioned service providers to provide the services. Please note that the servers of the third-party service providers, on which data is processed in the course of the service, are located within China. The aforementioned information transmitted from your vehicle to service providers can be stored anonymously by the service providers and thus used to improve the service or contribute to the services database. In addition, your location data will be stored by the service provider for a period of up to 1 year in order to provide you with the navigation service. We process the above personal information in order to fulfil our contract to provide the Connect functions. In addition, we also process the collected data for the purposes of further developing and improving the aforementioned services .If you do not accept the processing of personal information as set out in this notice, we will not be able to provide the Navigation service. Digital Assistant - For a safe journey

The ‘Digital Assistant’ services enable voice control for intuitive operation of various vehicle functions and digital services. Online speech recognition supports features such as media searches and navigation. Natural language processing allows commands to be recognised and executed accurately, ensuring convenient and efficient interaction with the system. To this end, we process the following personal information in particular: • vehicle identification number, • location data, • user account, • contract data, • audio data, • time stamp. If you use the online functionality of the Digital Assistant, an audio file is transferred directly to the service providers we have commissioned for this purpose, together with the selected language, the selected service (if applicable) and the current version information. Please note that the servers of the third-party service providers, on which data is processed in the course of this service , are located within China. The audio files are converted into text files and, if necessary, interpreted semantically. The results are then transmitted back to the vehicle. When using voice control to enter destinations, the search terms that have been converted into text and the vehicle location are exchanged with navigation and search service providers to determine route and destination information. We process the above personal information in order to fulfil our contract to provide the Connect functions. We also store data to create a database for anonymised usage statistics the purposes of troubleshooting, error analysis, and continuous improvement of our offering. Please note that the audio data and the corresponding converted text files will be deleted immediately on each occasion after the provision of such service to you. My Porsche App – Your Porsche in the palm of your hand

The services described below may vary depending on the equipment status, model, model year and country availability of your vehicle. The ‘My Porsche App’ services include remote access functions that enable relevant vehicle data to be viewed and individual functions to be controlled remotely. This includes, among other things, the display of vehicle status, location and vehicle-related data as well as access to safety-relevant functions. Electric and hybrid vehicles also benefit from climate and charging control with optimised charging planning. To this end, we process the following personal information in particular: • vehicle identification number, • location data, • user preferences, • user account, • contract data, • technical vehicle information, • time stamp. Your data will be stored for a period of up to 30 days. You can also use Porsche Digital Key to create digital keys for your vehicle and store them on your smartphone. You also have the option of equipping other people with these digital keys and granting them access to your vehicle. If you use the Porsche Digital Key to load a digital key onto your end device, the following data is processed for this purpose: - vehicle master data - vehicle identification number - Porsche ID - unique user ID - it usage data - control unit information - time stamp The first key is assigned when the vehicle is paired with the mobile device for the first time. As the main user of the vehicle, you can also assign so-called friend keys for a certain number of people, which must first be accepted by them and then saved in the corresponding app (e.g. Apple Wallet). When assigning these additional keys, further data such as an expiry date and individually assigned rights can be processed. The keys created remain stored on the vehicle until they are deleted by decoupling the main user's smartphone. We use commissioned service providers to provide the services. Data processing may take place on servers outside the territory of China. Please note that the servers of the service providers, on which data is processed in the course of the service, may also be located outside the territory of China. In these cases, your personal information will only be transferred to or be accessed from overseas subject to the fulfilment of the statutory obligations of the outbound cross-border data transfer. We process the above personal information in order to fulfil our contract to provide the Connect functions. If you do not accept the processing of personal information as set out in this notice, in particular the outbound transfer of personal information, we will not be able to provide the My Porsche App service. Smart Support Services – For an optimal driving experience

The services described below may vary depending on the equipment status, model, model year and country availability of your vehicle. The ‘Smart Support Service’ offers digital support for efficient vehicle care and predictive maintenance. The system detects maintenance needs at an early stage. Vehicle information can be called up in the PCM to help you optimise the use of your vehicle and the operating instructions tailored to your vehicle can be called up based on your vehicle identification number. You can also use the PCM to request assistance with breakdowns or other problems relating to your vehicle. To this end, we process the following personal information in particular: • vehicle identification number, • user account, • contract data, • usage and operating data, • status and analysis data, • location and movement data, • time stamp. In principle, the data is stored for the duration of the request or status update and overwritten in the event of changes. For product monitoring and legal protection purposes, certain data is retained for up to 30 years. We use commissioned service providers to provide the services. Data processing may take place on servers outside the territory of China. Please note that the servers of the service providers, on which data is processed in the course of the service, may also be located outside the territory of China. In these cases, your data will only be transferred to or be accessed from overseas subject to the fulfilment of the statutory obligations of the outbound cross-border data transfer. Online Software Updates – Keeping your Porsche up to date

The “Online Software Updates” function makes it possible to provide software updates for service packages and/or specific vehicle functions. These updates are usually completed over-the-air so that no visit to the workshop is required. You can set individual preferences for certain updates yourself. To this end, we process the following personal information in particular: • vehicle identification number, • user account, • contract data, • software, update and version levels, • time stamp. The data is only stored for the duration of the update request and is overwritten with the next status update. We use commissioned service providers to provide the services. Data processing may take place on servers outside the territory of China.
