If your car breaks down, you can use the My Porsche app or the PCM to send your location and all fault codes to Porsche Assistance with just one click. At the same time, a voice connection is established so that you can speak directly to someone. You will receive a recommendation on how to proceed and information on where the nearest Porsche Centre is located. If towing is necessary, the Assistance service will also initiate this for you.

The inclusive period ends automatically so that you do not incur any costs. We will personally inform you about your contract renewal options before your inclusive period expires.

2G/3G network

Due to the gradual shutdown of 2G and 3G mobile networks, the availability of this service may be limited in the future. As of 01/01/2026, 2G and 3G networks will be progressively deactivated in China Mainland. The shutdown depends on the respective mobile network operator.
